Baggage Weight Limitations
We kindly remind our valued passengers to adhere to the weight limits set for checked baggage per piece. This regulation is in strict compliance with local occupational safety standards. Should your baggage exceed the specified weight limit, passengers are kindly requested to repack their belongings accordingly. Baggage exceeding the prescribed limit cannot be accepted and may need to be shipped separately as freight or cargo.
Special Promotions for Checked Baggage
From time to time, we offer special promotions that may include allowances for increased weight or number of checked bags per passenger. In such instances, the maximum baggage allowance will be clearly stated on the passenger's ticket, aligning with the terms of the specific promotion.
Carry-On Baggage Allowance
In consideration of safety and passenger comfort, each traveler is permitted to bring one carry-on bag weighing no more than 7kg and measuring no larger than 45 x 35 x 15 cm.
In addition to the main piece of hand luggage, passengers may also carry the following items free of charge:
One overcoat, wrap, or blanket.
One small lady's handbag, wrist bag, or bag with a shoulder strap.
One umbrella or walking stick.
One small camera and/or binoculars.
One infant's carrying basket or baby stroller, to be placed in the cargo compartment.
A reasonable amount of reading material for the duration of the flight.
Infant food for consumption during the flight.
For passengers with disabilities, one wheelchair (to be placed in the cargo compartment) or one pair of crutches.
