The ground staff will inform the passengers about the delay cause and update the flight information.
Delay more than 1 hour 30 minutes and up to 2 hours
Passengers are provided with soft drinks and water of their choice. A voucher will be provided for Europe flights.
Delay from 2 hours up to 3 hours
Passengers are provided with soft drinks and snacks.
From 03:00 to 06:00 Hours
Passengers are provided with:
• For breakfast time: 2 sandwiches, 1 dessert, 1 beverage, and 1 garnish.
• For lunch/dinner: A full hot meal.
For Europe Flights
From 06:00 Hours and above
Passengers are provided with suitable hotels and accommodation, including hotel meals and transfers to/from the airport. It is important that a tour operator representative and personnel from our ground staff are present.
Adherence to fare rules on GDS and Nesma Airlines' proprietary booking system governs refund processes.
Rebooking is permitted with associated fees contingent upon booking class rules.
