  4. Embassy Contact: Carry the address and phone number of your home country's Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate in the country you're visiting.

Baggage & Packing


  1. Carry-On Preparation: Pack your carry-on baggage in accordance with the latest regulations, ensuring compliance with size and content restrictions.

  2. Checked Baggage: Pack checked baggage while adhering to current regulations, and consider pre-registering special items such as sports equipment.

  3. Valuables: Keep valuables like money, travel documents, and medications in your carry-on baggage to ensure they remain accessible during your journey. Nesma Airlines is not responsible for valuable or fragile items placed in luggage. Therefore, we advise against placing valuable items in your checked baggage.

Check-In


  1. Arrival Time: Arrive at the airport on time, adhering to official check-in and boarding deadlines.

  2. Travel Documents: Hold your passport, National I.D. Card, and flight ticket ready for presentation to the check-in agent.

Online Check-In


  1. Availability: Online Check-In is open between 24 and four hours before scheduled departure for international flights.

  2. Requirements: Passengers with electronic tickets and confirmed reservations on Nesma Airlines-operated flights are eligible for Online Check-In.

  3. Document Verification: International passengers must verify their passports and visa documents at the check-in counter.

  4. Baggage Drop: Check-in baggage must be presented at the counter no later than TWO hours before departure.

  5. Special Cases: Unaccompanied minors and handicapped passengers should not check-in online and require special assistance.
